Round Mountain Water and Sanitation District is located in beautiful Westcliffe, Colorado. The District was established in 1969 and serves the communities of Westcliffe and Silver Cliff with a population of just over 1,000 residents.
Our mission is to maintain an adequate supply of the best quality water possible, at a reasonable cost to our residents, businesses, and tourists; as well as an efficient, compliant wastewater source.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
