Payments are due by the last working day of the month or a late fee will be assessed. A payment drop box is available during business and non-business hours at the office.

3/4 " Water tap with 4" Sewer tap (standard residential) is $9,000.
BULK WATER RATES
$30 Base Rate plus $3.90 per 1,000 gallons
MONTHLY RATES FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES
$20 Base Rate per month for Water plus $2.60 per 1,000 gallons of usage.
$20 Base Rate per month for Sewer plus $2.20 per 1,000 gallons of usage.
